We may be feeling down sometimes, depressed, disappointed, annoyed, angry, upset or worried, the first recourse we do is to seek advise or at least someone we could talk to. Sometimes we just wanted to be alone and read some articles or anything that would help us to feel better. At the end of the day, its just a matter of handling our feelings, because the more we dwell on negativities the more we feel down and depressed. Below are some quotes that I have collected over the past depressing moments in battling with life. There have been couple of times I was into the position that I wouldn't I think I could be able to bring back happiness that I everyone is ought to experience.
